Hey guys <3

I was just organising some recent buys when I realised how much all these pieces of jewellery matched! I've bought these throughout the last month and I actually didn't buy any of these together or had any scheme in mind. It seems as if my brain went into tribal/ethnic mode and I've ended up with this little collection! All this jewellery is silver, which has really refreshed my look as I've been wearing a lot of gold jewellery, and lots of it at the same time which doesn't really work everyday unless you're Rihanna. I can't pick a favourite but I absolutely love the turquoise ring from Topshop. I'm definitely going to be incorporating these pieces into my everyday jewellery or I might even throw them on all together and replicate the image below, who knows.

Collection Illuminating Touch Brightening Concealer Review

Collection (formerly Collection 2000) has done it again with this brilliant concealer and it really does live up to its name. It is definitely illuminating and brightening as well as concealing those dark circles. I picked this up due to the countless mentions it had been getting in the blogging/youtube world and I knew I wouldn't be disappointed due to the positive reviews it was getting. The concealer I was using everyday was also by Collection, the Lasting Perfection concealer, so I wasn't surprised that this was equally as good.

I have it in the shade Glow 3 which was the darkest shade available which is suitable for my olive to medium brown skin, however if your skin is darker it may not be suitable. As it is an illuminating concealer I only use it on areas where I want the light to reflect more, so I apply this under my eyes and on my brow bone. For days when I have large under eye circles I use the Lasting Perfection concealer and then dab a small amount of this concealer on top. By doing this I have achieved full coverage under the eyes and the Illuminating Touch concealer serves the purpose of an under eye highlighter. I have tried it on blemishes and it conceals them brilliantly, however, it causes the area to stick out as it has been illuminated.

This is a must-have product for all year around; in the summer it adds to your fresh glowing look and in the colder months it will brighten your skin as the colder weather can make you look washed out and dull. It is available from Boots and Superdrug for £4.99.

Topshop Jewellery

Recently I have been loving jewellery from Topshop and my collection has definitely grown due to their amazing sales and the extra student discount I receive! Topshop is slowly becoming one of my favourite stores to shop at because of their amazing designs but also because they give student discount on top of sale prices and offers. I rarely used to shop at Topshop because I always thought they were overpriced however getting 10% off with student discount really makes a difference on full priced items, and turns sale items into complete bargains! Here are some pieces I have been loving recently.

July 2013 Glossybox

Hey guys,

Two months ago I ordered my first Glossybox as I wanted to try out new products and just for the whole experience. I received the June box and to be honest I was disappointed as that box definitely did not live up to the hype. It had some good products in it, however, the best ones were just regular drug-store products which I had seen before so it wasn't a chance for me to find some new products or brands that I liked. Along came the end of June and I was either going to cancel my subscription or let it roll on for another month, and I decided I wasn't going to let one box put me off so I gave Glossybox another try.

The July box came and it was amazing! It was the summer special box with great packaging and equally good products. I will be reviewing some of these products separately, but overall I recommend trying out the Glossybox because it's exciting as you have no idea what products you will receive.

Hemp Moisture High Balm

I picked up this balm from the Body Shop about 6 months ago for £1. I just rediscovered it whilst organising my skincare and I was quite surprised that I hadn't used it at all. I have been using it for about three weeks now and I believe it's a great product that everyone should have in their home.
The product is essentially a balm, quite similar to Vaseline, however it has a thicker texture and the hemp gives it a very strong smell, which can put you off from using it. I think this is what must have happened to me! It can be used all over the body, even on your lips but I personally haven't used it on my face as the smell is too much. You can use this on your elbows, knees, ankles, cuticles and anywhere else you have very dry areas. The best way to use this is to apply it onto your dry areas about half an hour before taking a shower, so there is plenty of time for it to do the moisturising, you can wash off the hemp smell. It is super moisturising and is now a staple in my skincare routine.
